Located at Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR), TEPfactor offers an adrenaline-pumping setting from the moment you enter. The challenges take place amidst the nooks and crannies of a concealed cave. Every challenge has its own individual time limit, inspiring players to race against the clock, with each group taking part in mind-bending puzzles, balancing acts, tasks requiring patience, and heroic feats.
Challengers can take on the arena in three different ranks of difficulty - bronze, silver and gold - with bronze being the easiest, to gold presenting the most extreme level.
After completing four challenges in each category, teams will have to use their mental prowess to put together clues from the previous challenges to gain access to the ultimate final challenge.

Helpful Tips
The activities are best recommended for ages 13 and up. Children aged 8 to 12 will require an adult on their team. Visit during the morning or late afternoon to avoid the peak period. Wearing comfortable active wear and sneakers are encouraged.
